The Story
Richard grew up in construction. The family business set the standards early: show up, do the work properly, and let the finished product speak. Cutting corners was not part of the vocabulary, and neither was walking away from a job that was not right yet.
In the years since, The North Group has built a quiet reputation across Lumberton and southeastern North Carolina as the crew that does not leave until the job is done right. No billboards, no sales floor, no franchise playbook. Just work that holds up and clients who tell their neighbors.
Today the company runs remodeling, roofing, and construction projects across Robeson, Cumberland, Hoke, Bladen, and Moore counties: kitchens, baths, roofs, whole-home renovations, insurance rebuilds, and ground-up builds. Every one of them runs through Richard, on purpose, at a pace that keeps it that way.
