Parkton Projects
Between the Towns, Never Between Contractors.
Remodeling, roofing, and construction for Parkton, the quiet north end of Robeson County on the road between Lumberton and Fayetteville.

Parkton sits in the productive middle: north Robeson County, an easy run up I-95 from our Lumberton base, with Fayetteville’s jobs and Fort Liberty’s paychecks twenty minutes further on. People land in Parkton on purpose, for acreage, quiet, and a price per square foot the cities cannot touch.
That makes for a specific kind of client: families improving a place they intend to keep. Additions, real kitchens, roofs bought on quality instead of desperation, and shops and garages for the equipment that rural life accumulates. Exactly our kind of work.
Country Property, Growing Needs
The Parkton area mixes older farmhouses with newer homes built as Fayetteville commuters discovered the north county. The older places need what old places need: structural honesty, moisture management, and updates that respect good bones. The newer ones often need what builder-grade construction eventually asks for: better finishes, real decks, and the garage or workshop the original budget skipped.
Acreage adds its own project list. Detached buildings, long-run electrical to outbuildings, and site drainage that keeps Carolina rain moving away from foundations instead of through crawlspaces.

Positioned Exactly Right
From our shop, Parkton is a straight shot up the interstate, which keeps response times tight and scheduling honest. From Parkton, we are the licensed contractor who does not bill Fayetteville-metro overhead into a north-county price.
We know the jurisdictional lines up here too: what permits through Robeson County, how the flood fringe along the creeks affects siting, and which soils carry a slab without complaint. Boring knowledge that saves interesting money.
Three Parkton Projects Worth Describing
The commuter family’s forever kitchen.
A newer house with a builder-spec kitchen that never matched the family cooking in it. Island rebuilt, real venting added, and pantry storage tripled inside the same walls. Done while both owners worked Fayetteville hours, with photo updates every evening.
The shop with room to grow.
A thirty-by-forty workshop with a subpanel sized for the welder plus the EV circuit that is coming eventually. Trenched, inspected, and organized so the next decade of hobbies has a home.
The grandmother cottage on the back acre.
A permitted ADU with a zero-step entry and a real kitchen, thirty yards from the family’s back porch. Close for Sunday dinner, separate for everyone’s sanity.
Parkton’s whole appeal is that it asks for less: less traffic, less noise, fewer neighbors on top of you. The projects we build here are in that same spirit, spaces that make staying home better. If the plan involves acreage, a shop, or a house being made permanent, that is squarely our kind of work.

Parkton Questions, Answered
Do you serve Parkton even though it is far north in the county?
Yes, easily. Parkton is about twenty minutes up I-95 from our base, no travel fees, normal scheduling. North Robeson is a standing part of our service map.
Can you build a detached garage or workshop on my property?
Yes. Slab, framing, power, and doors sized for actual equipment, permitted through the county and built to the same standard as our houses. It is one of the most requested projects on acreage out here. See new construction for how those projects run.
We commute to Fayetteville. Can work happen while we are gone?
Yes, with a plan. Clear communication, a lockbox or garage arrangement, and end-of-day photo updates from the crew. Most of our rural projects run exactly this way and owners come home to visible progress and a clean site.
What about septic and well systems when adding onto a house?
Additions that add bedrooms trigger septic capacity review, and we coordinate the health department evaluation as part of the project. Wells constrain placement of new structures too. We scope all of it before design gets far. Call (910) 785-9253 to talk through your property.
Is an ADU realistic on Parkton acreage?
Often, yes, and rural parcels dodge many of the constraints town lots fight. Family land plus housing demand from the Fort Liberty orbit makes a permitted second dwelling a genuinely smart project here. Our ADU page covers the process.
What is the first step?
A free consultation at the property. We walk it, listen, and send back a written scope with real numbers through the contact page or by phone.
Can you site a new building around our septic and well?
Yes, and on Parkton acreage that is usually the first question. Drain fields and well clearances constrain placement more than property lines do, and we map all of it before design money gets spent.
Do you handle drainage problems on rural lots?
Yes. Carolina rain plus flat sandy ground equals standing water in the wrong places. Grading, swales, and downspout management are unglamorous projects that protect every other dollar in the property.
Can you handle projects that mix house and outbuilding work?
Yes, and bundling them saves money: one mobilization, shared materials runs, and a single schedule. House repairs plus a shop build is a classic Parkton package for us.
Do you know the flood fringe areas along the north-county creeks?
Yes. Some parcels near the creeks carry flood designations that affect siting and construction detail. We check the maps before design so surprises stay on paper.
Build for the Keep
Most Parkton clients are not flipping anything. They bought land to stay, and the projects are investments in a place their kids will remember. We build to match that intention: materials chosen for decades, structures that shrug off storm seasons, and advice aimed at the long hold rather than the quick sale.
